http://twitpic.com/14e39a - Looks like a safe car... You would think twice about this car coming towards you in the opposite lane, right?
http://twitpic.com/13z6qj - It's Feb. folks... these 2 tires were on a young ladie's car. She wanted only 1 replaced. Can you guess which ?

Tyler Broughton qualifies as a unique driver. He is driving a hornet car at Western Speedway at  the ripe old age of 15. Last year at 14 years old he rolled the car on his first attempt at driving. He is learning quickly & will soon be old enough to qualify for a learners permit to drive on the street. Are you looking forward to that?

S.O.S. Tire is an active sponsor of many cars and trucks at Western Speedway in Victoria. Look for Chris to be competetive in the new Bomber Class at the track this year. Come out & cheer him on. He'll be driving Lou Pringle's old Olds station wagon that she'd owned for over 30 years.

This is one of my favorite action shots. Chris is driving the Blue car with the flame job, seen here giving Steve Green a bit of a lift.

Action is from Chris's rookie year, still haven't installed a brake pedal in his car.

2009 season "Bomber" class car. Chris heading into turn three after change of flat LF tire. At this point looks bad, restarting in last position.

imgp2551_edited It was OK, went from last to first quickly & stayed there. Kept the car going well enough to finish almost 1/2 lap ahead of the field.

When you leave our shop, this won't happen to you. What do you think happened to this car, was it really pit crew negligence or poor quality wheels? Wheel strength in the hub centre is very important, as demonstrated here...
